The diet should contain all kinds of nutrients, like carbohydrates, fats, proteins, minerals. The carbohydrates are very important food, because they are storehouse of energy. While exercising trainees’ need a lot of energy, and carbohydrates supply this energy required. You can also take mineral supplements along with your food.

-The other most important thing is rest. Resting between the training sessions is important. The proper recovery time would help in giving your muscles the much needed repairing time. Physicians say that if a person is marginally overweight, while walking, his knees take enough stress, which is equivalent to the knees being pounded with a sledgehammer.
