moje-zdjcie-ebookMy name is Bartosz Konarski. I am a gym instructor. I got started working out when I was 16 years old. I was very thin and weak. Arnold Schwarzeneger and Bruce Lee inspired me to build a muscular body and to not be afraid of anyone.

I started out with gym situated in my garage. There was no heater, so during winters it was very cold and I always had a problem warming up properly. During high school I worked out very hard, but wasn’t gaining much muscle. I was reading every bodybuilding magazine that I could get my hands on, and copied professionals bodybuilders’ muscle building programs.

I was obsessed with learning as much about nutrition and exercise as I could. Unfortunately, at that time in Poland there were only two body-building magazines published, and I couldn’t find enough good information.

bodybuilderAfter 3 years of gaining just a few pounds I joined a different gym and met a professional gym instructor who changed my life totally. He created for me a proper meal plan and workout regime. I started to gain muscle mass quickly.

When I was 24 years old I completed the gym instructor course and I begin to train people in my gym. In 2003 I moved to the UK , where I wanted to earn enough money to enter Bodybuilding contests.

BodybuilderMeeting new people and a new job changed my life, and I had no time to train and lost few pounds but the worst thing happened later. In February 2005 I became ill with chronic leukemia. My weight was 220 pounds and I was quite big and muscular.

At that time my white cell level (cancer cells) was 64 thousand and it was very high ( normal is up to 10 thousand). First I improved my diet and started detoxifying my body. I tried an alkaline diet and it worked for me very well. I didn’t take any medication to start with, because the doctors were still working to find out which ones would work best for me.

However, after two weeks of detoxifying my diet, the level of my white cancer cells dropped down from 64,000 to 42,000, which shocked both me and my doctors!

However, after continuing with the diet, the cancer white cells remained steady rather than falling further, so I started treatment with special drugs.

After I had a bone marrow transplant I lost 55 pounds and, of course, didn’t train for a long time as I left my body acclimate to the new marrow.

When I felt healthy enough to begin building my body again, I found on the internet, Sean Nalewanyj’s Muscle Gain Truth ebook. I was a little bit skeptical because I know that there is a lot of scams on the internet. I’ve already amassed a great deal of knowledge on the best ways to gain muscle mass quickly and efficiently ,when I completed the Gym Instructor course and then while I trained other people.

So I was thinking, what could he tell me that I didn’t already know about bodybuilding? After a few weeks of consideration, however, I bought it and started to train according to his advice. I was amazed and surprised when after 3 months of workout I gained 11 pounds of solid muscle mass.

I was very happy.( Unfortunately, I don’t have any “before and after” pics, but take it from me, it was a night and day difference.) Then I decided to try Vince Delmonte No-Nonsense Muscle Building muscle building program and again gained another 12 pounds.

So I was very pleased with how these two guys’ programs helped me. At the moment I am still training in a gym, and I will share with you step-by-step what I eat and what type of exercises I do.
